We improved Pipedrive in September so that Professional and Enterprise users can now filter by team in the Leads Inbox. We’ve also updated the user interface in the permissions view and upgraded Smart Docs for users on the Professional and Enterprise plans.
Professional and Enterprise users can now filter leads by which team is responsible for them in the Leads Inbox.
This improvement will help users to qualify their leads and make sure the right team members are engaging with each lead.
The new filter has many possible benefits. For example, if you separate your reps into inside sales and outside sales teams, you can qualify leads depending on whether it would be better to reach them on the phone or in person.
So you can close deals faster, Smart Docs users on the Professional and Enterprise plan can now upload and share quotes, proposals and contracts as PDFs. They can also set up templates using Google Sheets and Google Slides.
Users can upload PDF files from their device directly to Pipedrive, request a digital signature and set up tracking to get a notification when their doc has been viewed.
If you’re a Smart Docs user connected to Google Drive, you’ll be able to use Google Sheets and Slides to set up versatile templates, taking your document creation to the next level.
We’ve updated the “permission sets” tab in our settings.
Our new permission features and workflow make it even easier to create and assign permissions, giving you even greater control over what your team can see and do.
Now you quickly check permissions with our easy-to-follow categorization and move users between permission sets, making the process simpler to manage.
